Hans W. Juhle
Hans Juhle, the current Managing Member of Integra Property Group, has structured almost one billion dollars of real estate transactions and preserved thousands of units of housing in his career.
Prior to co-founding Integra over a decade ago, Mr. Juhle was a partner at a real estate private equity firm, where he led the affordable housing investment team. Hans' prior work also includes REITs, real estate investment management, consulting and strategic valuation.
Hans graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina and received an MBA in finance and real estate from the Wharton School of Business. He volunteers on the board of multiple affordable housing advocacy groups and nonprofits, and has served as a local planning commissioner and a city council member. At home, he is outnumbered by his wife and two daughters.
